LVL CeraLashBalance pH Reconstructor is a groundbreaking, new step 4 in LVL treatment. pH Reconstructor removes lashes from the mould and mould from the eyelid. In addition, it gently restores the natural pH level of the lashes after treatment and repairs the cuticle layers of the lashes. Keratin, a vegan alternative Keravis™ PE contains a versatile protein-based complex that penetrates deep into the lashes, strengthening the fibrous layer while reinforcing and protecting the surface of the lashes. pH Reconstructor is dispensed from a glass bottle with a pipette into a glue cup and applied to the lashes with a clean microbrush (1 drop/half).
