Bonding Balm (step 1) is a strong cream that bonds the lashes to the mould during the CeraLashLift permanent lift.

LVL CeraLashBalm Bonding Balm is an option for the first step (Step 1) of permanent eyelash extensions.

Its soft and smooth creamy texture makes it easy to apply and helps reduce application times, as it takes less time to set lashes in the mould. The formula does not dry out like CeraLash Bonding Gel, which is also more liquid than Balm, so lashes can be shaped in the mould even when they are already attached. The product, in a recyclable aluminium can, lasts for up to 95 treatments. The product is applied with the Pro Lash Multi Tool.
